With cold waters and wide farmlands this northern Japanese island is truly blessed when it comes to producing food that is simply amazing. Hokkaido is renowned for its seafood, produce, dairy and Wagyu beef. Immersed in this land of food treasure was Chef John's good friend Chef Shin Maeda. It was time to reconnect and talk all things food, beverage and snow.
