Synopsis Heading to a colder region of the Northwest, Carlito joins friends in a beautiful cottage of the Hood Canal in Washington. They hunt for crab with crab traps, collect mussels and oysters, go clamming at midnight and trout fishing in the local streams, which provide a bounty of food for Carlito to prepare. Joined by his friend and scientist Greg Helms, Carlito learns Greg's secret to making his own dynamite hot sauce. Then Carlito proceeds to conjure up a beautiful shellfish chowder and barbecued oysters for small group of local food enthusiasts.
